Shop Policies

PROCESSING TIME:

  • All items purchased from my store will ship within 1-3 days, depending on the time of year. Occasionally, I may extend my processing times due to a planned break from my shop.

  • The speed at which you purchase arrives to you once it has left my shop is up to the delivery estimates of the USPS. I cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

  • If you need an item by a certain date, please make sure to reach out before purchase to discuss whether I can meet your deadline.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are accepted if the buyer contacts me within 4 hours of purchase.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: I do accept returns for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The buyer must return the item within 14 days of delivery.

  • The buyer must contact me to arrange a return of the product prior to mailing it back.

  • Any items sent back without notifying me first are considered a forced return and will not be accepted.

  • BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

  • In the rare instance of a damaged product or missing items, after confirming through photos, I will send you a prepaid label to mail it back at my expense. The item will be inspected prior to refunding.

MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES:

My shop uses tracking services for all orders. The tracking helps the post office determine where a package was delivered via GPS technology. If your package is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:

1.) Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.

2.) Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number and your shipping address. I am available to provide assistance with this step, if needed.

3.) Unfortunately, if the post office marks your package as "delivered" and tracking confirms your address, I have to take that as proof of delivery. Refunds/reships are not given unless a police report for stolen mail is filed.
